What tolerances can you hold on CNC machined parts?

We normally hold ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions and ±0.05 mm on general dimensions. Tighter tolerances are possible after evaluation of the drawing.

Do you support prototypes as well as mass production?

Yes. We machine single-piece prototypes for validation and can scale to batch production with the same program and quality control.

Which file formats do you accept?

We accept STEP, IGES, STL, X_T and 2D drawings (PDF/DWG/DXF) with the required tolerances and surface finish notes.
